Jede und jeder
Fotos
Motive aus und um Mölschbach, die die Gemeinde, markante Orte, das Leben, die Natur oder besondere Ereignisse in Mölschbach darstellen.
Fotos digital in guter Auflösung oder als Ausdruck auf Fotopapier (Mindestgröße ca. 20cm x 30cm)
Teilnahme

Ausdruck auf Fotopapier: Einwurf im Briefkasten der Ortsverwaltung
Pro Teilnehmerin oder Teilnehmer ein Bild mit Bildtitel und/oder kurzer Motivbeschreibung

Mit der Einsendung stimmen die Teilnehmenden den Teilnahmebedingungen des Fotowettbewerbs zu.
Prämierung
Die eingereichten Fotos werden während des Sommerfest / Dorffestes am 28.06.2025 im evangelischen Gemeindehaus ausgestellt.
Unter allen Einsendungen wird eine Jury ihre liebsten Fotos auswählen. Die Fotografinnen und Fotografen der drei besten Fotos erhalten Preise. Zusätzlich wird während des Sommerfest / Dorffestes am 28.06.2025 ein Publikumspreis vergeben.
Die Preise werden während des Sommerfest / Dorffestes an die Preisträger übergeben.
Aus den vier prämierten Fotos und neun weiteren eingereichten Fotos wird ein Kalender für 2026 gestaltet. In dem Kalender werden die Bildtitel und die Namen der Fotografen abgedruckt.
Teilnahmebedingungen
Diese Teilnahmebedingungen gelten für den Mölschbacher Fotowettbewerb 2025 und umfassen folgende wesentliche Bestandteile:
- Angaben zum Fotowettbewerb
- Übertragung der Nutzungsrechte an den Fotos
- Einwilligungserklärung und Widerrufsbelehrung zur Datenverarbeitung.
Veranstalter ist der Verein Wir-Sind-Mölschbach e.V.
Mit Einsendung des Fotos sowie Angabe aller erforderlichen Daten werden die Teilnahmebedingungen akzeptiert.
Bitte senden Sie Ihr Foto, im Hoch- oder Querformat und digital als jpg-Datei (Auflösung 300 dpi), versehen mit Namen, Kontaktdaten, Titel, Aufnahmedatum und Entstehungsort des Bildes per Mail an fotowettbewerb@wir-sind-moelschbach.de.
Einsendeschluss ist der 14.06.2025.
Teilnehmen können alle natürlichen Personen.Voraussetzung ist, dass die Fotos in der Gemeinde Mölschbach aufgenommen wurden bzw. die Gemeinde Mölschbach zeigen.
Ein Rechtsanspruch auf Veröffentlichung besteht nicht.
Urheber- und Nutzungsrechte
Teilnehmende versichern mit dem Einsenden der Fotos per E-Mail, dass sie Urheber*in ist sowie über alle erforderlichen Rechte an den eingereichten Fotos verfügt, dass die Bilder frei von Rechten Dritter sind sowie bei der Darstellung von Personen keine Persönlichkeitsrechte verletzt werden. Sollten dennoch Dritte Ansprüche wegen Verletzung ihrer Rechte geltend machen, so stellt der/die Teilnehmer*in den Verein Wir-sind-Mölschbach e.V. von allen Ansprüchen frei.
Jede*r Teilnehmer*in räumt dem Verein Wir-sind-Mölschbach e. V. das unentgeltliche, räumlich, zeitlich und inhaltlich unbeschränkte, nicht ausschließliche Nutzungsrecht einschließlich des Rechts zur Bearbeitung (Vervielfältigungs-, Verbreitungs- und Veröffentlichungsrechte) sowohl in Form des Drucks, als auch in digitaler Form ein. Der Urheber, die Urheberin stimmt dieser Verfahrensweise zu.
Datenschutz/ Einwilligung zur Datenverarbeitung
Die Datenverarbeitung erfolgt nach der Datenschutz-Grundverordnung (DSGVO). Mit Einsendung der Bilder willigt der/die Teilnehmer/in die Verarbeitung der personenbezogenen Daten ein. Die Einwilligung kann jederzeit mit Wirkung für die Zukunft , zweckmäßigerweise an o. g. E-Mail-Adresse gerichtet, widerrufen werden.
Haftung und Rechtsweg
Der Verein Wir-sind-Mölschbach e.V. übernimmt keine Haftung für Verlust oder Beschädigung der eingereichten Fotos. Der Rechtsweg ist ausgeschlossen. Insbesondere besteht kein Rechtsanspruch auf Gewinne. Sollten einzelne Bestimmungen dieser Teilnahmebedingungen unwirksam, unzulässig oder undurchführbar sein oder werden, so lässt dies die Wirksamkeit der Teilnahmebedingungen unberührt.

Motifs from and around Mölschbach that depict the community, prominent places, life, nature or special events in Mölschbach.
Digital photos in good resolution or as a printout on photo paper (minimum size approx. 20cm x 30cm)

Printout on photo paper: post in the letterbox of the local administration
One picture per participant with picture title and/or short description of the motif
Closing date for entries

By submitting a photo, participants agree to the terms and conditions of the photo competition.
Awarding of prizes
The submitted photos will be exhibited during the summer festival / village festival on june 28, 2025 in the Protestant parish hall.
A jury will select their favorite photos from all the entries. The photographers of the three best photos will receive prizes. In addition, an audience award will be presented during the summer festival / village festival on june 28, 2025.
The prizes will be presented to the winners during the summer festival / village fair.
A calendar for 2026 will be designed from the four prize-winning photos and nine other photos submitted. The titles of the photos and the names of the photographers will be printed in the calendar.
Conditions of participation
These conditions of participation apply to the Mölschbach Photo Contest 2025 and include the following essential components:
- Information on the photo competition
- Transfer of the rights of use to the photos
- Declaration of consent and revocation instructions for data processing.
The organizer is the Wir-Sind-Mölschbach e. V.
By submitting the photo and providing all necessary data, you accept the conditions of participation.
Please send your photo, in portrait or landscape format and digitally as a jpg file (resolution 300 dpi), with your name, contact details, title, date and location of the photo by email to fotowettbewerb@wir-sind-moelschbach.de.
The closing date for entries is june 14, 2025.
All natural persons can take part, provided that the photos were taken in the municipality of Mölschbach or show the municipality of Mölschbach.
There is no legal claim to publication.
Copyright and rights of use
By submitting the photos by e-mail, participants assure that they are the author and have all necessary rights to the submitted photos, that the photos are free of third-party rights and that no personal rights are violated in the depiction of persons. Should third parties nevertheless assert claims for infringement of their rights, the participant shall indemnify the Wir-sind-Mölschbach e.V. association against all claims.
Each participant grants the association Wir-sind-Mölschbach e. V. the non-exclusive right of use free of charge, unlimited in terms of space, time and content, including the right to edit (reproduction, distribution and publication rights) both in print and in digital form. The author agrees to this procedure.
Data protection/consent to data processing
Data processing is carried out in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). By submitting the images, the participant consents to the processing of personal data. The consent can be revoked at any time with effect for the future, appropriately addressed to the above e-mail address.
Liability and legal recourse
The Wir-sind-Mölschbach e.V. association accepts no liability for loss or damage to the photos submitted. Legal recourse is excluded. In particular, there is no legal claim to prizes. Should individual provisions of these conditions of participation be or become invalid, inadmissible or unenforceable, this shall not affect the validity of the conditions of participation.
